When exporting your report to these formats, the best results will be for reports with tabular form. Tabular report is a report with the structure, similar to table. When the report is not tabular, the good results can be achieved when exporting it to HTML using divisions layout.
Switch to preview mode. In preview, click Export button and choose needed export format. Then specify a file name and click Save.
